Jerry Savelle Ministries International - USA office hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time (excludes holidays). Orders received after 1:00pm will be processed the next business day. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days (excludes holidays).
Please insure that the items you are purchasing meet all local & national regulation. Jerry Savelle Ministries International - USA can not be held responsible for destroyed, lost, refused or returned packages.
Return Policy
All sales are final no refunds or exchanges. Jerry Savelle Ministries International - USA stands behind the quality of their products. If you discover what you believe is a product defect please contact us, we offer a 30-day from date of purchase replacement option. If it is determined that the product is defective then we will promptly replace the defective product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
